Participating downtown businesses will hide a mixture of caricature cards (as seen on the flyer above) in their stores/buildings on Spring Festival Day, April 4, 2026.
Adults may visit each store/building to find the hidden cards and turn them in for an entry blank (one card receives one entry blank). Each completed entry blank will be added to our grand prize drawing at the end of the day.
